How are additional contracts and users billed?
For Professional plans, additional contracts beyond the included 500 are billed at $0.50 per contract per month. Additional users beyond the included 10 team members are $25 per user per month. These fees are prorated and billed monthly.
Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or modify your plan at any time. When upgrading, we will prorate the difference and apply it to your next billing cycle. Your data and settings will be preserved during the transition.
How does vendor extraction usage work?
Professional includes a monthly allowance of vendor extraction pages (estimated from your PDF or Word document length). Each pass reads executed agreements to populate renewal tracking—not redlining during signature. Usage resets each calendar month. Starter includes the dashboard and assistant chat, but not structured extraction. Overage billing may be offered later; contact sales for high-volume needs.
Integrations & data
Email notifications use Resend. You can export contract data from your dashboard. AI features send document text to our model provider for processing; do not upload data you are not permitted to share. Vendor extraction is decision support for renewal tracking only and is not legal advice or a substitute for counsel.
